CCRA’s Plan to Restore America
Article for Publication – The launch of a new movement beyond America First!
Our country is under attack from external adversaries and an internal insurgency that seeks to remove God from our lives and replace him with government, to remove our allegiance to our Country and replace it with an amorphous world order, and to denigrate and undermine our Constitution, freedoms, and the rule of law. Our adversaries which to replace America, which has served as the guiding light of freedom across the globe, and replace it with a dystopian, tyrannical, and subjugated society of the complacent, compliant, complicit, and corrupt.
We must fight back against a pure battle between good and evil in the ongoing Cognitive War[1] – that is occurring globally and domestically in alliance with our adversaries. It is a war taking place in the most critical of all domains – the Cognitive Domain[2] – the domain of the human mind, the pathway to our soul, our will, and our being.
For centuries dictators and totalitarian governments have tried time and again to replace religion and allegiance to God – with allegiance to the government or a dictator. They’ve tried to replace God’s guiding light and his provision of our freedoms with distracting lights from hell and utopian promises to deceive us into believing we should follow them. All who followed this evil lost not only their freedoms but their lives.
We see the same Cognitive War and endless war between good and evil daily in America. We see an internal insurgency attempting to erase our history and replace it with fiction. We see these charlatans attempt to indoctrinate our children to despise their country, reject independence for social belonging, and replace opportunity with equity markers tied to one’s race, religion, sexual orientation, or beliefs. Our adversaries are adept at undermining and replacing our security, our police, the rule of law, and accountability with mayhem, chaos, looting, anarchy, and subjugation by defunding our police and ignoring illegal acts by their allies. They are so adept that they now yield enormous power by weaponizing our national security apparatus against you and me, against innocents, and do so by labeling parents as domestic terrorists, all whites as supremacists, and anyone who disagrees with them as racist.
I could go on and on with a litany of examples of how a minority set of radical extremists drives a set of false narratives on race, equity, racism, reparations, and extremism to intimidate, cancel, subjugate, and destroy anyone who uses their God-given rights – now enshrined in our Constitution and Bill of Rights – to hold them accountable. Amazingly, anyone who breathes can see the truth before their eyes. But the continuous deceit blurs their vision. It is time we clear our eyes, start believing what we see, and stop thinking what this small set tells us of extremists.
What to do? How can you and I, and other Americans fight back? The answer is simple. Stand up! Speak up! And act up! To assist you, guide you, and provide leadership – a few God-fearing Americans have established a
- Citizens Commission to Restore America (CCRA) and, with it, a Plan to Restore America.[3]
The CCRA represents a diverse set of citizens who seek to restore America by exercising our God-given rights, our Constitutional rights, for a limited government such that “the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” The CCRA Mission is “to safeguard the American Dream, Constitution, and Freedoms for future generations of Americans by ensuring the resilience and security of our Republic.”
We ask you to act, to join our efforts, to stop the government expansion, appropriation of state and the people’s powers, and ever-expanding subversion of our Republic by a minority group of authoritarian extremists.
It is time to achieve an American spiritual revival. God’s given rights, our Constitutional rights, rest in the hands of the people and our actions or inaction. The power of the people and the exercise of these rights serve as the foundation for the United States of America. The people and states hold most of the power in our Constitutional government. Still, it must be exercised to ensure that federal powers are constrained in line with the limited government our constitution outlines. We, together, can and must hold our “public servants” accountable for ensuring our country’s freedoms, constitution, and independence are upheld to ensure the resilience and security of our republic.
The people can no longer afford to be complacent, compliant, or silent – less we defer our future to one defined by our adversaries – those internal insurgents who threaten us domestically and other nation states or lone wolf adversaries who threaten us globally.
So please engage, read, and support the grass roots movement of the Citizens Commission to Restore America (CCRA) and our directives. The Plan to Restore America lays out our primary objectives. The directives we’ve released, and those we’ll be releasing, are specific actions to realize the objectives in the plan. We ask that you take five minutes to print, sign, and send our plan and directives to your elected leaders. And as possible, to share our message, plan, directives, and articles with others – to amplify the power of the people.
Our first directive, 1-2022 Stop Wasting our Spending our Money[4] to the US Government, addresses concerns about our unsustainable national debt.
The second directive, 1-2023 Restore America, to United States Governors[5] addresses six significant concerns, including:
- Declaring an invasion – To protect citizens against the ongoing invasion of illegal immigrants and related increases in crime, death, and violence.
- Protecting Freedom of Religion and Expression – By enforcing the rule of law.
- Protecting the Right to Bear Arms – Use executive decrees and legislation to advance Constitutional and Permitless carry in all states.
- Prosecuting Infringement of Constitutional Rights – Direct local and state judicial and law enforcement elements to take any legal measures to prosecute and hold accountable any official involved in the illegal and unconstitutional imprisonment; deprivation of life, liberty, or property; unlawful search and seizure; denying due process of law; or imposition of cruel and unusual punishment without a speedy trial.
- Prosecuting/Removing Public Servants for Abrogating their Oath of Office – Per the Constitution, Federal, and State laws.
- Restoring Election Integrity & Security – To restore faith, integrity, and security of elections.
The third Directive, 2-2023 – America’s War Plan to Stop the Mexican Cartels[6] to the Speaker of the House McCarthy, Congressional leaders, the Secretaries of State and Defense, the Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff, and the Commander of US Special Operations Command directs the SECSTATE to declare the Cartels an international threat and a terrorist organization; Congress to declare war on the Mexican drug cartels; and, the Department of Defense and the US Special Operations Command to develop and conduct necessary Intelligence and Combat operations to remove and conduct war operations to remove and eliminate the international drug cartels located in Mexico.
The Plan to Restore America – has three primary objectives – Objective 1: Ensure the resilience of our Republic, Constitution, and Freedoms. Objective 2: Drive a proactive and positive legislative agenda. Objective 3: Overhaul the national security apparatus.
In closing, we must look to one of the most critical sub-objectives in the Plan to Restore America[7] to “Achieve an American spiritual revival” as critical to the success of our efforts. Why? Because our freedoms are, in fact, God-given rights! They are not bestowed on us by our fellow ma or our government! We need neither our fellow man nor our governments’ approval to exercise our “God-given rights.” We cannot, must not, and will not allow this to happen. If it does, evil replaces good, and the shining light on the hill called America will be replaced by an iron curtain of darkness that will last for centuries. So, stand up, speak up, join us, and act!

[1] I define the Cognitive War as: A primarily an ideological war, between tyranny and freedom, control and independence, subjugation, and democracy. It is a war fought primarily in the cognitive domain, using various means to influence (e.g., academic, economic, to agriculture, social, etc.), but which can include irregular warfare and kinetics. It is a war that has been ongoing for more than a millennium. It is timeless as mankind exists. The cognitive war is truly an existential threat that is global and domestic. In today’s U.S.A, few understand it, can defend against it, can compete in it, or win it. It can be won, but not if we are unwilling to learn and change.
[2] I define the Cognitive Domain as: The domain of the human mind, ideas, ideology, function, reason, etc. The Cognitive Domain encompasses all other domains – the umbrella under which mankind operates, functions, learns, advances or regresses. All other domains – Cyber, Air, Land, Sea, Subterranean, Space, Sub-surface -are all one operating domain, not separate. We, as humans, have mentally segmented these domains to operate and function in them. And as we learn, we add new operational and/or functional domains. Yet, the most important domain, the Cognitive Domain, remains an afterthought.
