In this episode, Edward Haugland speaks with Roman Buhler, who served as Newt Gingrich’s first US House Committee Counsel for 14 years as the lead Committee Counsel for House Republicans on election integrity issues. Roman will discuss a grassroots effort he is leading called “Keep the Nine.”

Keep the Nine is a proposed Constitutional Amendment to ensure the balance of power between our Legislative, Judicial, and Executive Branches, as defined in the Constitution, is sustained and blocks any and all attempts to pack the Supreme Court of the United States of America www.KeepNine.org. Today, we will cover the following questions:

> What is Constitutional Government, and what role does the Supreme Court play?

> Why is Keep the Nine so important, and have you been successful in other grassroots efforts?

> What are the next steps to getting this Amendment passed?

The Citizens Commission to Restore America, established by LTG (ret. USAF) McInerney, MG (ret. USA) Valley, and Ed Haugland, have issued Directive 3-2023 to Keep the Nine in support and partnership with Mr. Buhler’s efforts. https://standupamericaus.org/ccra/.
