of the United States, But Democrats are Scheming

Anyone who watched Trump’s address to a joint session of Congress on Tuesday had to go away with the feeling that Donald Trump IS the President of the United States. Like it or not, Donald Trump is in charge.
CNN’s polling put 78% of those who watched the speech optimistic about the nation’s direction. The polling put Trump’s proposals for the economy at 72% approval. 70% for his proposals on terrorism. 64% for taxes. 62% on immigration and 61% on healthcare. Excellent results by any measure. Twitter set a record of 3 million tweets about the address.
Trump’s speech was positive, devoid of political speak (for which the abbreviation is BS). No one needed to ask themselves, “What did he mean?”
The media, a branch of the Democrat Party, was all over the place. Washington Post: “Surprisingly Presidential.” ABC News: “President Trump Brings New Tone to Old Promises.” Stephen Colbert: “He shifted from unhinged narcissist to hinged narcissist.” A new study reveals that 88% of media coverage of President Trump is negative. Democrats are having a difficult time coping with the Trump win…certainly the sorest losers in American history. Millions of Democrat voters, mostly the ignored white middle class, switched sides. Democrats long saw this coming and decided to import new democrats from our Southern border and the Middle East. Open borders? They’re all for it.
There is now no question that the Democrat Party, micro-managed by Barack Obama, Michelle Obama and Valerie Jarrett are working hard to destroy Donald Trump’s presidency, this ‘brazen outsider.’ Their intention is to keep Trump on the defensive, thereby making his administration ineffective and meaningless.
This is nothing less than an attempt at a coup d’ état. The Daily Mail UK is reporting that Valerie Jarrett has moved into Obama’s new home in D.C. which is now the nerve center of Obama’s effort to mastermind an insurgency against President Trump. Michelle Obama also has an office in the home and is working with Jarrett. Obama’s goal, it is reported, is to oust Trump by either forcing a Trump resignation or through impeachment. Their immediate goal is to get a special prosecutor to investigate Jeff Sessions and then take it from there, going right to the president. This is unprecedented in American history.
On Tuesday, former Attorney General Eric Holder, revealed that Obama is indeed getting closer to making his public re-appearance in politics…”He’s coming and he’s ready to roll.”
How is it possible to have good government when the opposition party is only interested in working to expose the slightest slip, the most minuscule or invented transgression from anyone who is not of the same party? They are not working for the American people. They are only working for their ideology. Obstructionists, swallowing elephants from their own and choking on gnats from the opposition.
If there is any observation of the Trump administration, I would say it is their desire to totally concentrate on solving the nation’s problems, not wanting to delve into politics. Whereas, all the Democrats want to do IS politics.
Former President Obama, and many on the left, seem to be dancing with sedition. When the music stopped on January 20th, Obama and his minions should have sat down.

Fast food restaurant, Wendy’s, will install self-order kiosks in 1,000 stores across the country by the end of 2017 to trim labor costs imposed by minimum wage hikes. Breitbart
Editor’s note: For employees and pandering politicians, if that is not shooting yourself in the foot, I don’t know what is. Fast-food jobs are minimum wage or near minimum wage positions to give a young person work experience and spending money. For most, it is not a career. If they want to earn higher wages, they need to get educated or trained in a profession. Capitalism works well and leaves no one behind for those who are willing to work hard.
8 Iraqis Found Guilty of Gang-Raping German Tourist in Austria
Eight Iraqis have been found guilty of gang-raping a 28-year-old German woman in Austria more than a year ago. The Iraqis, aged between 22 and 48 came to Austria as migrants between May and December of 2015. Five were given refugee status. The eight have been sentenced to prison terms between 9 and 13 years. New Fox Poll Says ‘It’s Time To Move On’
Thousands of protesters have taken to the streets since Donald Trump won the election, but now a new Fox News poll says “it’s time to move on.” The poll asked registered voters, “What message would you like to send to people who are protesting Trump and his policies?” 53% say “it’s time to move on.” 44% say to keep fighting.

Leftist Judge Helps Criminal Illegal Alien Escape
Judge Monica Herranz has been accused of helping an illegal Mexican immigrant escape a Oregon courtroom where immigration officials were waiting to arrest and possibly deport him. Diddier Pacheco Salazar had just pleaded guilty to drunk driving on January 27, 2016. She has been accused of using her private entrance to assist Salazar in leaving through another door. Judge Herranz is a member Oregon Hispanic Bar Association and is now under internal investigation. Fox News
Editor’s note: You would expect judges to uphold the law as their oath dictates. When judges use their political views to make judgments, there is no law. Who will be responsible if Salazar kills someone the next time he drives drunk? She needs to be impeached!

“What attorney Steve Weissman did not say is the largest lobby, without question, is the lawyers’ lobby. Check it out!!! The biggest and easiest place to put wasted money from the health system actually into care is to cut out the hugely profitable and purely leach-like attorneys!
The problem with billing is 100% government created. When the government gave us Medicare and Medicaid they criminalized fair billing by price fixing. Every hospital, lab and doctor were required under threat of jail to accept a government fee schedule. Let’s look at an example. A doctor’s office has 50% overhead, so for every $100 charged, $50 goes to keeping the office open. Medicaid reimburses 37% of a doctor’s fee, Medicare 39%. So, as to make up for this actual loss for treating these patients the doctor must charge a self-pay or uninsured patient more than what he would have to to make up the difference. In reaction to insurance companies imposing their own fee schedules, every patient pays a different amount for the same service based on their insurance plan hence 37 different insurance companies will have 37 different fees for the same service. This is why a doctor has no idea when a patient asks what something costs, has no answer. The answer is a FREE MARKET WITH LESS GOVERNMENT INVOLVEMENT, NOT MORE. If the government did not control fees then there would be nothing for a lobbyist to lobby. By the way, those numbers are factual from my 20 years in private practice after my time in the Navy.” GA
Editor’s note: I would agree that billing has become too complicated because of both government and insurance requirements, and that it needs to be simplified. I’ve always been dubious about a profit-making third party getting involved in healthcare. But I think government and consumers work too hard on insurance cost and not hard enough on healthcare cost. If healthcare was less expensive, insurance rates would probably drop (new cancer drugs cost about $10,000 per month with some as high as $30,000 per month according to the American Society of Clinical Oncology. A decade ago the average cost of new drugs was $4,500 per month).
You say you require a 50% margin in your doctor’s office. Most businesses can only dream about a 50% margin. Generally speaking, a profit margin of 25% is considered favorable by most market analysts for any business. I’ve been a pilot in the aviation industry for a long time. The airlines’ desired margin has always been 12.5% of which few airlines have traditionally achieved. As far as getting rid of lawyers, yes, we need to be rid of ‘leach-like’ attorneys, but what do you tell the families of the 210,000 – 440,000 patients that die each year from medical mistakes, making it the third leading cause of death?
