Since we can’t find an Antifa protester that knows what fascism is, I want to preface this article by explaining the difference between communism and fascism. They are both socialist. Communism insists on a classless society through collective ownership. No matter how hard you work, everyone is equal in pay and standard of living—like quality of life and housing. Fascism advocates for private ownership but strict state control of the economy. Communism prioritizes collective rights, not individual rights. Fascism suppresses individual rights in favor of state goals.
Both communism and fascism do not allow debate. Charlie Kirk was a Christian conservative. Like all conservatives, Kirk encouraged debate in an open forum. Socialists would never invite such debate.
Anyone who believes Trump is heading a fascist movement is delusional.
Mamdani is a classic communist who advocates for the abolition of private property. He wants universal public transportation, healthcare, and government control over the means of production. And to add to his appeal, or lack of it, he wants to defund police, close jails (except for political opponents), is an antisemite and is a radical Muslim. Remember 9/11?
Mamdani is where he is because the Democrats have worked diligently these last 75 years to promise all manner of benefits to the poor while giving almost nothing to elevate them. In the 50s and 60s, 1 in 50 persons was on food stamps. It is now 1 in 8. After all, poor people are much easier to control than successful and independent people. This systemic approach has fostered a cycle of dependency that ultimately only serves the interests of those in power.
Those who plan to vote for the communist desire the handouts they were promised, and the word “FREE” resonates loudly with those dependent on government assistance. The more, the better. How effective is it? Many Blacks thought they were going to receive free rent and cell phones when Obama was elected. They’ve learned nothing.
What these people do not understand is that such promises exclude upward economic mobility, self-sufficiency, and the personal initiative needed to achieve them. It’s very sad.
What’s to prevent our country from going communist? What’s to prevent our schools from propagandizing young minds into thinking that our nation is illegitimate and that socialism (communism/fascism) is our best choice? What controls are in place to prevent a planned takeover of our country by Marxist operators, foreign and domestic? What’s to prevent Mamdani from winning the New York mayoral race and spreading his malevolence to other large cities with the sole purpose of creating a communist state?
Dwight D. Eisenhower, former two-term president and 5-star general, thought there were insufficient domestic barriers to prevent a Marxist takeover. Apparently, the most powerful military in the world was not enough. On August 24, 1954, he signed into law the Communist Control Act. It banned the Communist Party as an “agency of a hostile foreign power.” It described the party as an “instrument of a conspiracy to overthrow the government” and a “clear, present, and continuing danger to the security of the United States.” In passing this act, the Communist Party USA was denied the right to have bank accounts, enter into leases, sue or be sued in court, obtain judicial enforcement of contracts, appeal adverse court rulings, conduct business activity, or appear on any ballot.
It was determined that the Communist Party USA, although a political party, was indeed the “instrumentality of a conspiracy to overthrow the Government of the United States.” Similar to the Democrat Party, the Communist Party USA initially presented itself as legitimate, but its ultimate goal was the destruction of the United States.
How does the Democrat Party today differ from the Communist Party USA? The Democrat Party has the benefit of many years as a seemingly legitimate political entity. However, ultra-left socialists who seek a socialist society, which contradicts all our founding principles, have almost completely taken over the Democrat Party. They no longer conceal their socialist and communist beliefs. They promote violence, the elimination of our Constitution, and the destruction of both public and private property. We are being destroyed from within, as Lincoln foresaw.
The problems some saw with the Communist Control Act were constitutional, the First Amendment, the Fifth Amendment, and the ban against bills of attainder, that is, declaring a person or group guilty without trial.
Our founders did say that we have the right and duty to abolish any government that does not secure our inalienable rights: life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The pursuit of happiness refers to a system of government that enables individuals to achieve their desired standard of living.
The Constitution does not accord the right to any group or individual to change by force or coercion the basic principles and mores of our country.
What should we do when the Democrat Party behaves similarly to a revived Communist Party USA?
Should we permit groups that aim to overthrow our government, as demonstrated by their words and actions of insurrection, to continue their efforts under the guise of ‘constitutional’ rights? Should groups such as Antifa and the Democrat Party, which attempt to appear legitimate, be allowed to persist in their efforts to instigate chaos to bring about societal, economic, and political changes that contradict our founding principles and fundamental values?
The Communist Control Act has never been repealed.
