Update: General Vallely was told by a member of Congress that Operation Jericho was sent to the House Judiciary Committee for action. They are taking no action, and it does not look like they will. What a disgrace by the Republican-controlled House! More than 1,033 people were arrested for storming the U.S. Capitol building on Jan. 6, 2021, with charges ranging from obstruction of an official proceeding to assault. After the
attempted insurrection, almost three years now, a significant number of rioters are still awaiting their sentencing.

Around 47% of those arrested—485 individuals—have received criminal sentences, while the rest are waiting for their trials or haven’t yet reached plea agreements. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, 277 defendants were sentenced to periods of incarceration, with longer prison terms for those who engaged in violence or threats. So far, the median prison sentence for the Jan. 6 rioters is 60 days, according to
TIME’s calculation of the public records. An additional 113 rioters have been sentenced to periods of home detention. In contrast, most sentences have included fines, community service, and probation for low-level offenses like illegally parading or demonstrating in the Capitol, a misdemeanor. Hundreds of additional cases are expected to be adjudicated in the coming months, with several sentencing hearings already on the calendar this summer. The
Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is still looking for more than 220 individuals believed to have committed violent acts on the Capitol grounds.
Out of all the innocent people who the government has railroaded over the mostly peaceful January 6 Election Justice protest, none have had it worse than the Oath Keepers. The group’s founder, Stuart Rhodes, received a prison sentence of 18 years for his role in the protest. Many
of the group’s members have also been sentenced to that time.

Newly released footage, which a Member of Congress has corroborated, proves that Capitol Police officers LIED UNDER OATH during the Oath Keepers’ trial. Capitol Police Special Agent David Lazarus was the head of Nancy Pelosi’s security detail at the US Capitol on January 6. He testified under oath in the Oath Keepers trial. The government’s central argument that the Oath Keepers were guilty of “seditious conspiracy” and leading an
“insurrection” was due to an interaction in which the members allegedly clashed with law enforcement.

This “clash” happened at the top of the stairs next to the Capitol Rotunda, also known as the Speaker’s Lobby. The jury in the Oath Keepers trial was never shown any security footage of this supposed “clash.” They had to take the government’s word for it. And they did since Special Agent Lazarus and other Capitol Police officers appear to have LIED to the jury under oath.

The altercation with four Oath Keepers supposedly happened between them and U.S. Capitol Police Officer Harry Dunn. Lazarus testified during the trial that he was evacuating “11 or 12 staffers” of Nancy Pelosi’s when he observed Officer Dunn in this altercation “3 or 4 times.” Assistant United States Attorney Alexandra Hughes asked Special Agent Lazarus whether the encounter between Dunn and the Oath Keepers was antagonistic. “Every time I interacted or came by, yes, it was antagonistic,” testified Lazarus under oath, in a pivotal moment in the Oath Keepers trial. Lazarus claimed he could evacuate the 11 or 12 staffers because Dunn had the Oath Keepers tied up in this supposedly violent, tense, and antagonistic confrontation.
Except that never happened. Special Agent David Lazarus was not even in the same building when Dunn’s alleged confrontation with the Oath Keepers happened. He didn’t witness anything. He lied under oath.

The Blaze Media (Glenn Beck’s outlet) has been reviewing the January 6 footage from the Capitol. Beck is one of the conservative media figures without access to the protest footage.Based on David Lazarus’s movements that day, they have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that he was nowhere near the Capitol Rotunda. The Oath Keepers had already peacefully left the building when Lazarus stated under oath that he saw this alleged “altercation.”
More than 1,700 cameras are inside the Capitol, and all of them record time-stamped footage but no sound. The Blaze could retrace the steps of Lazarus and compare that to the exact time when Dunn was interacting with the Oath Keepers. Special Agent Lazarus was about a half-mile away when the Oath Keepers talked with Officer Dunn. Lazarus did not see squat.

He perjured himself on the stand to allow the Biden regime to score a conviction against innocent men and women in the Oath Keepers. This is crystal clear from the video footage. Congressman Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) is the Chairman of the Committee on House Administration’s Subcommittee on Oversight, allowed The Blaze to have access to the CCTV video and images of Lazarus’s whereabouts on January 6th. Loudermilk released additional
images corroborating the entire story. It’s all true. Lazarus lied under oath about where he was and what he saw on January 6th, and innocent people were sent to prison for decades because of his lies.Rep. Loudermilk issued this statement when he corroborated The Blaze’s story: “An allegation of a Capitol Police officer lying under oath is grave and must be fully investigated. For this reason, I am releasing these still frames from USCP CCTV video footage, with timestamps, showing Officer Lazarus’ movements on January 6, 2021.”

All the Oath Keepers should immediately be released from prison. The government lied to secure a conviction against them for “seditious conspiracy” and for supposedly attempting to overthrow the government. The judge overseeing former President Donald Trump’s election interference case on April 10 said that describing defendants being held on charges related to the U.S. Capitol riot as hostages is  wrong. U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan, an appointee of former President Barack Obama, said that people involved in the Jan. 6, 2021, breach of the U.S. Capitol who remain jailed in Washington
don’t deserve to be called hostages or heroes. “They’re being kept there because they are dangerous people,” Judge Chutkan said during a
sentencing hearing for Antony Vo, an Indiana man convicted of entering the Capitol with his mother.

President Trump has increasingly shown support for Jan. 6 defendants, including playing recordings of defendants in jail singing the national anthem. In 2023, he spoke at a fundraiser benefiting Jan. 6 defendants and said he’d contribute. “There have been few people that have been treated in the history of our country like the people that you love, like the people that have gone through so much,” he said at the time.

Later that year, he described jailed defendants as “hostages, not prisoners.” In March, he said one of his first acts in office, if he wins the 2024 election, would be “free[ing] the January 6 hostages being wrongfully imprisoned!” And more recently, he said a 71-year-old grandma who was
sentenced to prison had become” one of Joe Biden’s J6 hostages.” Some people have criticized the characterization, including White House officials. White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has called the description “grotesque and offensive” to people being held hostage. Others, though, have said they share President Trump’s views about the treatment of defendants, some of whom have been held pending trial for years.
MG Paul E Vallely, US Army (Ret), launched “Operation Jericho 2023” to bring justice to all incarcerated victims of the January 6, 2021, US Capitol protest.

Please view the attached 30-minute video and spread it throughout America. Every American citizen needs to see the miscarriage of Justice carried out by a select House of Representatives Committee to investigate the January 6 Protests. MG Paul E Vallely had the opportunity to speak directly to the detainees about the conditions under which they were being held. Hear from the detainees as they explain the conditions to MG Vallely and their plea to be heard by Congress under oath. They have asked MG Vallely to appeal to Congress to initiate hearings of the detainees in pursuit of their 6th Amendment rights.

Help get our American prisoners heard by Congress. They are being held in unsafe and unsanitary conditions and denied primary medical care; it is well past time to do something about it. Even if you believe they are all guilty, as an American, you should support their rights to a trial, safe conditions, medical care, food, and clean water. This time it is the defendants on January 6th. Next time, it could be someone you love and care for. Next time, it could be your family dealing with the consequences of an out-of-control judiciary driven by an authoritarian government hell-bent on subjugating your rights in pursuit of their defined greater good.

The House Leader never released all of the Jan. 6 video footage so Americans could see the truth finally revealed! Public members can now view thousands of hours of surveillance video footage recorded during the Jan. 6, 2021, breach of the U.S. Capitol as Congress was certifying
the 2020 election.
