I have to ask, who the hell is Don Lemon and why am I even commenting about him? I thought I had heard of him second hand, as just a noisy Left wing mouth piece of little value except for his ill rational hatred of Donald Trump. Now, an unemployed haranguer for Radicalism, he inserted himself into the Minneapolis news cycle, for what purpose? Let’s see. Even a casual observer cas see Don Lemon as a sour, hateful former CNN Journalist, who has been arrested for violation of the KKK Act and the Face Act’s, both Federal offenses rooted in the civil rights law. What did he do to achieve this distinction? First, he thought he was above the law claiming as a journalist and a black one at that, that he had an absolute right above the Constitution, to challenge others people’s first amendment rights. That he is “Gay” bears no relevance to his anti-church performance.

The KKK act, (18 USC § 241), Conspiracy Against the Rights of Religious Freedom at Places of Worship and the FACE Act: (18 USC § 248(a) (b), § §2(a), Injure, Intimidate, and Interfere with the Right to exercise Religious Freedom at a Place of Worship. The Face Act was enacted by so Democrats could terrorize and jail anti-abortionists for praying, even silently, anywhere near an abortion center. The KKK act was enacted to stop harassment of legal Black citizens, form slaves, so they could enjoy the protection of law from Southerner’s hanging them or burning down their churches. Poor Don Lemon. He’s black, therefore the worshippers in that Baptist church were “White Supremist” and therefore proper victims to be harassed. His firm belief that as a journalist his First amendment right to badger people was sacrosanct that permits him to enter unbidden, into a sanctuary hall of religious exercise then underway, and shove a microphone in people’s faces and demand to know why they weren’t out protesting the governments injustice. To him, that was more important than observing the civilized decorum once expected from journalists and politicians to conduct interviews.

His motive appeared to be a simple desire to be relevant on the media stage again and it betrayed him. It’s interesting how Mr. Lemon, and the other BLM low life’s who perpetrated this heresy, never let facts interfere with their sacred opinions. Alas, He’s not the brightest bulb in the package and the burden he bares is his unjustified pride for accomplishment because he’s foolish. His own self-importance doesn’t meet the criteria needed to be relevant. He’s so special and, being some shade of Black, he should be exempt from the racist machinations of federal law. Tell that to the Grand Jury who did this to him!

Apparently, we haven’t come very far in our corrections by law, that provide social protections to all Americans. Only the actors have flipped. Now it’s blacks in a white’s occupied church, not a white only church mind you, but a first amendment protected church available to all. I won’t argue the pros and cons of Lemons exercise in free speech except to note the Pastor he confronted also has a protected “right to free speech” and Lemon violated that right, without scruples, or even caring about the terror his Black Lives Matter companions inflicted on the penitents there, including frightened little children. He deems himself an infallible warrior in the protection of democracy yet, he doesn’t understand how Democracy works.

Apparently, Lemon acted for years like an important celebrity. Now, he’s out on his own and needs to regain some legitimacy but, believing his disruptions at that St. Paul Church were constitutionally protected, has now revealed his weakness. He’s not important at all. The First Amendment exists he contends, is “to protect journalists whose role it is to shine light on the truth and hold those in power accountable. That’s something he never did it when Democrats were flaunting the laws and the constitution. He ignores as well, the parishioners’ rights. His hypocrisy is on full view.

The government’s attempt to charge Lemon in Minneapolis were initially rebuffed by a magistrate judge whose wife is employed by Minnesota’s AG Keith Ellison. He only approved charges against three people, rejecting evidence against Lemon and several others as insufficient. The issue was taken before a Grand Jury and Lo!, they had a different take on the issue. Don Lemon must soon realize he is simply another citizen, not special, not worthy and must obey the laws right or wrong. That he can talk about, God bless him, he’s so special in his own mind and, being some shade of black he assumes he should be exempt from the racist machinations of Federal Law. He can’t get there. Don Lemon is a committed Radical Leftist, a true hater of Donald Trump, MAGA and is looking for justification for his radicalism.

Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, get ready. There’s a lot of Don Lemon types out there and some of them are armed. (01Feb26)
