President Trump Has Done It Again

August 9, 2025

Dear Senator Cotton,

In yet another bold step toward global peace and stability, President Donald J. Trump has added
another remarkable achievement to his record—one that strengthens his case for the Nobel
Peace Prize.

Against the backdrop of long-standing tensions and the looming threat of military confrontation,
President Trump has brokered an understanding that transforms the strategic Zangezur region
from a potential battlefield into a corridor of cooperation. This new initiative—already being
called the Trump Channel at Zangezur—will serve as a bridge for trade, development, and mutual
prosperity, rather than a fault line for conflict.

The Zangezur corridor, a narrow twenty-mile stretch at the crossroads of major regional powers,
has long been a flashpoint for geopolitical rivalry. Yet under President Trump’s vision, this critical
link is now set to become a channel for economic growth, cultural exchange, and lasting peace.
Where others saw only the inevitability of military escalation, he saw the possibility of turning
confrontation into collaboration.

This achievement is not merely a diplomatic success—it is a model for how visionary leadership
can defuse entrenched hostilities, open the gates of development, and create pathways to a
better future for all.

It is worth noting that Cyrus Force, in partnership with Stand Up America US Foundation, has long
advanced this very concept under the banner of Project Armenia. We have consistently urged
American policymakers to seize this opportunity, and the time has come to put it into action—
whether under the auspices of U.S. leadership or even through the Trump Organization’s
expertise in development and infrastructure.

President Trump’s record now speaks for itself: from historic peace accords in the Middle East to
fostering stability in complex regions such as the Caucasus, he has repeatedly demonstrated the
ability to accomplish what career politicians and global bureaucrats could not.
With the Trump Channel at Zangezur, he has once again shown that peace, when led by courage
and vision, is not only possible—it is achievable.

Respectfully,
Paul E Vallely, MG, US Army (Ret)
