Request for Pardon of Innocence Granted to J6 Americans, Restitution and Assistance with Restoration

We have found out through a thorough investigation and analysis that sharing facts obtained that there were no viable options to contact a decorated Marine by email or phone after he was pardoned. You may ask who is the decorated Marine? A man who sent an email and only asked for prayer due to the fact that his parents departed from him due to being called a criminal, a felon, his wife divorced him and took their children due to the Marine being sentenced to prison for 18 months.
Hope to absolutely de-escalate a protest; change to a celebration before Americans go to DC on 9/11.
Steps that need to be taken: 1. Public awareness of the horrible treatment of American patriots who went to DC on J6 to help secure constitutional right for every American to vote. 2. Names and records need to be cleared for all (estimated 1590 to 1610 Americans (DOJ has the number) considered as felons, still.
An action plan needs to be established to assist the J6 Americans (estimate 1600, and 20 to 30 family members) and their families (estimate 32,000 to 48,000) impacted by the stigma of the raids, incarceration, prison terms; still a felon.
REQUEST: The pardon of Innocence for at least 1590 to 1610 (DOJ has the exact number), clearing name and record of Americans to vote, and provide restitution/restoration. 1. Same Pardon of Innocence as the people in the J6 community prepared the process for General Flynn, 2. Restoration of lives for more than the prison list due to raids and hostile acts against Americans resulting in loss of respect from immediate family, friends, church Pastors and members, and their community, loss of marriage, and custody/visitation with children, family home, multi-generation farms (one family lost a farm held by their family for more than 200 years) their business, job, pension and life savings. Plus, the loss of their Constitutional rights, especially the right to vote in 2022 and 2024 elections, the same right they traveled to DC to secure for all Americans on J6, when all Americans still thought the Capitol was the People’s House.
A brief list of deaths before Inauguration Day on January 20, 2025: Eleven documented deaths: Four committing suicide or suicided, including a man who allegedly shot himself in the chest with a shotgun, a woman (confirmed not suicidal) found dead in her home, a man who died by hanging after he pled guilty with a plea deal of serving a few months, but then, enhancements were added resulting in serving a few years, and a patriot podcaster who may have traveled to meet a source since he was found dead in a hotel was shot and one was beaten to death. Three more died, one man due to a motorcycle accident, one man died from lingering respiratory issues from CS Gas Grenades used on the J6 crowd, and one baby miscarried the day after a raid at the family home.
A brief list of deaths after Inauguration Day on January 20, 2025: Five documented deaths while many are not in communication due to no option to arrange phones, etc. Two men by hanging, one man within the last two weeks. Two died of cancer after release due to being denied medical treatment in prison, and One man was shot 5 times in the back by a cop due to not having the cash to renew his Driver’s License, after being pardoned (no job, no money, and yet, the cop was going to arrest him … the man was not going back to jail so he offered to get his gun and kill himself instead, but after he confirmed he was going to his truck to get his gun to kill himself, he was shot in the back five times by the cop).
There are at least twenty-eight known J6-related deaths, including the six Metro Police Officers, including officers who allegedly committed suicide or they were suicided.
Why is a Pardon of Innocence requested?
Americans were wrongfully accused, did not receive due process, so they should be considered Not Guilty/Innocent. The Pardon of Innocence would also restore military benefits to hundreds of veterans. We know most are without options due to losses during the raids and trial phase, and yet, released to a life without housing, income, support of family or employment options due to their prison terms. They are still in daily jeopardy and fear, with some in tents, a few with small box RVs only able to rent a space with a shower when funds are available, and many without vehicles.
Remaining nine cases which require immediate attention: At least Nine are still in jeopardy since Three (or more) were pardoned but due to judge’s actions, they are still incarcerated from ‘secondary charges’ related to J6. Three (or more) were pardoned but they are still required to report to probation and are at risk of incarceration again and/or have pending appeals with the court. Two (or more) cases pardoned were not dismissed with prejudice which leaves the door open for charges to be filed against them in the future. One at least who was pardoned, is still facing incarceration pending judge’s decision on “secondary charges” related to J6.
Who was targeted?
Significant number of veterans, truth speakers, patriot influencers, podcasters and leaders of large patriot, conservative Christian groups, highly trained veterans, especially Green Beret, Army Rangers, Seal Team members (?) and decorated Marines, our war heroes. Every branch of military service and law enforcement (sheriff and police) were deprived of their Constitutional rights to vote in the 2022 or 2024 elections due to the weaponized DOJ process of early morning raids on the entire family in their homes; threatened and repeatedly intimidated by the FBI and then, the court process.
It is estimated that 20-30 family members were directly related to the Americans sentenced or left in the jail, the 1,600 (estimate 1590 to 1610 known) who need restitution and assistance in reuniting and restoring their families. Therefore, there are approximately 32,000 to 48,000 Americans, family members directly affected with the stigma of being related to, either they raised or they were raised by the Americans imprisoned. Why is restitution, assistance requested? Most, if not all, need housing, phones and assistance to restructure their life after losing everything and options for employment. They are not able to secure jobs, still, due to their incarceration and/or prison term due to being classified as a felon in their community.
Most lost everything before sentencing, and they are unable to replace their homes or unite with their family due to becoming a felon with no income since 2021 and now no employment which is considered or recognized as social terrorism against Americans. Many lost marriages and all contact with children due to divorce, when they lost respect of their family, friends, neighbors. All lost their life savings defending their innocence, plus their properties and homes, businesses, their standing in the community, and so much more was lost due to destruction of the families with the children dealing with parents, mainly fathers, being called felons in their communities.
Cases with criminal records filed against people not involved in DC on J6 are not being addressed, yet, either. All information is shared regarding known cases against Americans. More were impacted and could communicate.
The full list is not available from DOJ to ensure all Americans are being assisted as needed, due to full pardons from the President. There could be far more Americans directly impacted, committing suicide due to no funds to even keep a phone due to no income, since even known Americans incarcerated or in prison are not able to be reached due to no options to contact them after loss of phone.
These American Heroes deserve better.
Available to assist and help secure sources after public awareness is secured and Pardon of Innocence is granted, so the healing process can begin! In appreciation of your consideration and assistance in gaining public awareness and help for American patriots and their families, hopefully prior to the plan for people to gather and make their voices heard in DC on 9/11 with many wanting to blame President Trump when the facts have not been fully provided to our President and the responsibility for resolving the injustices requires his confirmation of Pardon of Innocence to clear name and record, the restoration process is for We The People to proceed with in order to form a more perfect union.
