A Quick Look at History ~ Why it Matters for America

Whether anyone realizes it or not, and most probably don’t because our schools indoctrinate our children not educate them, America’s current political turmoil almost precisely mirrors events that led up to the French Revolution in 1789. Unlike Americas successful Revolutionary War a few years earlier that separated Britain original thirteen American Colonies from the mother country, the French Revolution was the complete opposite, a revenge filled orgy of mayhem, chaos and mass murder that spilled the blood of thousands of people, noble’s, merchants and anyone else who didn’t agree with the usurpers politically correct path to totalitarianism.  Wikipedia tells us only what someone else entered into its memory banks, sometimes without verification. We cautiously read this entry about the French Revolution: “In 1789, tensions rose in France between ‘reformist and conservative’ factions as the country struggled to resolve an economic crisis. In May, the Estates General legislative assembly was revived, but members of the Third Estate broke ranks, declaring themselves to be the National Assembly of the country, and on 20 June, vowed to write a constitution for the kingdom.”

Reformists and Conservatives” are not further defined but, if we listen to the dysfunctional pseudo historians of our media and the Radical left today, we would believe the 18th century French Revolution was a spontaneous, all hands-on deck revolt against the French Monarchy and the monarchy class who constituted its privileged ranks. A closer examination however reveals a far more sinister motive almost identical to what we are witnessing unfolding before us right here in America today, a staged revolt not by the peasantry but by a cabal of crazy-like Marxists determined to bring down both the French Monarchy and the Catholic Church. Why? If the French Revolution was not a spontaneous uprising by an outraged public, what was it then? It was a managed scheme specifically designed as a “class struggle” to destroy both the Monarchy, its government and the French economy. Today the Democrats and others are struggling to destroy Trumps MAGA government as well as all Christian churches. France then, was possibly the wealthiest country in Europe if not the entire world. How did it go wrong? Just like we are seeing in our governments today, by fraud, theft and corruption! The peerage and the Catholic Church became as corrupt then as many of Western politicians are today leaving France ripe for chaos. A new self-styled “National Assembly” seized the opportunity to fundamentally change France. For us, it’s politicians like some Blue State Governors who are facing their corrupt fate.

I specifically mentioned the Catholic Church because there was no other church. The Church spent nearly a hundred years, supported by the monarchy ending with “His Most Catholic Majesty, Phillip XVI, killing or riding France of nearly twenty percent of its population. Why and who? It was those who joined Martin Luther’s Reformation and became Protestants known as Huguenots. For an example, after our successful revolution against King George III, a singular character, a young German Immigrant in fact, appeared in New York City as a jobless youth. His name was John Jacob Astor and became Americas first multi-millionaire growing his great financial empire first on the wealth he earned by the fur trade and, by real estate investments. He was born in Waldorf, Germany the town to which his family fled to avoid being murdered by the French government and church. His financial empire still exists today but without furs of course, unless they are worn by beautiful women and socialites who can afford to wine and dine in his Waldorf Astoria Hotels. For France, the unfortunate consequences of its Revolution were eliminating their most productive and literate middle-class, the Huguenots. We don’t know these small details because the history of the French Revolution 240 years or so ago, is not taught in our schools today. Perhaps a better example for modern Americans to understand, is what occurred within my lifetime and many others, the rise of Adolph Hitler and National Socialism. They did precisely the same to Germany’s Jews we call the “Holocaust.”

Today, France’s biggest holiday is “Bastille Day,” a day of national pride set aside to commemorate the mob attack against the Bastille that started the French Revolution. The Bastille was a jail in Paris and its presence represented the wicked monarchy. The mobs who attacked it did so believe they were releasing hundreds of poor, maltreated inmates but alas, not so! The Bastille held only one prisoner and he was a petty thief at that. Sadly, we all have our missed opportunities to deplore but the illusion must go on.

Here’s where we bring similarities between France of the 18th century and us today, together: The mobs that attacked the Bastille were driven by paid agitators using class warfare and identity politics on the promise of “freedom and bread for all.” We’ve had federal ICE jails in Portland and in Texas attacked by mobs. Who, besides the French upper class became targets of the mobs? It was the middle class of course, the business owners and shop keepers who earned their livings, the priesthood who didn’t and anybody who were not “politically correct!” Look what happened in our Blue Cities while Biden was President. Store fronts smashed, mass looting and arsons.

The first goal in France revolution was to eliminate all influences of the church, the authority of the Monarchy and replace them with a totalitarian government they called the “Cult of Reason.” Our mobs call it issues of DEI, CRT, LGBTQ and Transgender issues. Look at the streets of our Blue Cities today, filled as they are with paid mobsters like Black Lives Matter and Antifa’s not to mention the Jihadist terrorist crowd all trying to spread some form of chaos specially to diminish the Christian Church and behead the government. President Trump has faced three assassination attempts already.

Every Cult has to have its “high priest” and for Frances revolutionary National Assembly it was a self-appointed character named Robespierre. He was a lawyer. He championed voting rights for all and rights to self-defense such as we enjoy here today and, it got him elected. Then, he turned Churches into “Temples of Reason” and ordered the murder of hundreds of priests by drowning them in the River Seine. Today, while we are not drowning MAGA supporters or using Guillotines, they’re not above trying. A Robespierre for our time could easily be seen in Barak Obama and like in France, the entertainment industry (theaters) and the newspapers (media), became instruments of propaganda especially designed to ridicule anything Christian. Our newspapers, similarly, are totally left-wingers and Cable TV has become too radical. In France this began the “Reign of Terror” where anybody who was not “politically correct” or disagreed with the “Committee of Public Security” faced the Guillotine. Over 40,000 Parisians alone were beheaded not to count the thousands of others all over France. The Revolution by its very nature, was doomed to collapse and it did end the Reign of Terror with the beheading of its leader Robespierre. The ordeal left France in tatters and introduced the era of military despotism led by a new leader, Napoleon Bonaparte who declared himself “Emperor.”

Cultural Marxism, atheism, the New World Order and the barbarism of self-destructive Islam are all competing to fundamentally change America. Democrats, when in office, have maliciously and consistently fed us with lies, propaganda and disinformation to create diversions to distract us from their failures of governing. We’ve got to get our Americanism back again and it must start with the fumigation of Marxists from our schools. We must not only recognize those who are creating this chaos but fiercely resist their efforts to fundamentally change America, including resisting the inroads of Islam. Islamophobia Is not an offense against our Republic, it is our self-defense. We need only look at the situation in Great Britain to apprehend the dangers facing us.

Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, get prepared. They are coming for us.
